A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Description:
A Sacker performs general sacker duties on a daily basis including gathering carts and baskets for customer use. Returning product to its correct location, and shaving ice.
Requirements:
Essential Functions Load products for customers Move, handle, and transport products, or supplies Operate tools and equipment safely Perform general stocking duties Perform general cleaning duties Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing information Greet and talk politely with customers Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude Function as a team member and get along with others Adhere to daily work schedule Work weekends, any shift, holidays, and overtime as needed Work in a fast-paced environment Perform other duties as needed and assigned Knowledge, skills, and abilities Basic Math and computer skills Industry knowledge Phone etiquette Customer service Positive attitude Friendly and approachable Self-motivated Multi-tasking Attention to detail Physical requirements Grasping, bending, twisting, squatting, Move, lift (minimum height of 4' on a regular basis), and carry a minimum of 60lbs Walk, stand, climb ladders, be on feet the entire shift Push/pull a heavily loaded pallet with a manual pallet jack Push/pull a loaded stock cart Operate heavy equipment; Forklifts, baler, etc. (will train) Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in receiving, handling, and stocking in retail or warehouse/distribution environments preferred Age requirement Minimum age 18 Additional Navajo Speaking preferred Benefits available: Vacation / Paid Time Off Sick Leave Profit Sharing Employee Service Rewards Employee Charge Program Development Plans Health Insurance Disability Insurance If you need assistance completing the application process please contact Human Resources at (505) 722-4366 ext 143.
