Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and managing the cash drawer with integrity Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are well-presented through effective merchandising techniques Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, encouraging engagement and upselling opportunities Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support supervising staff during busy periods by overseeing retail sales activities and ensuring smooth store operations Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations for seamless checkout experiences Previous supervising experience in retail environments is a plus for leadership support roles Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members in bilingual settings if applicable Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail math calculations and cash handling tasks Knowledge of retail store product knowledge to assist with merchandising and product demos Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Familiarity with stock management procedures including stocking, inventory control, and visual merchandising strategies Join us in creating a lively shopping environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority!
