Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately stocked, organized, and readily available for our retail operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal inventory levels, support efficient warehouse functions, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an energetic environment where your organizational skills and physical stamina will shine, contributing directly to the success of our store operations. Duties Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently using RF scanners and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Receive incoming shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and properly store products following safety protocols. Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and identify discrepancies promptly. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for sale or shipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading goods safely, adhering to safe lifting practices, and documenting transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members across departments using strong communication skills to ensure seamless inventory management and customer service. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse team communication. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors. Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising principles, and customer service best practices is advantageous.
