Support merchandising strategies and tactical initiatives that contribute to category growth and profitability Gain hands-on experience with product data, sample management, assortment planning, and cross-functional merchandising processes Company computer provided
What You'll Be Doing:
Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of product data within the Lifecycle Management system, including product records, attributes, SKUs, and key milestones. Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to gather information, manage product updates, and resolve data discrepancies. Manage product samples, including receiving, unboxing, organizing, gathering, and setting up samples for leadership offices, storage areas, meetings, and rankings. Assist with key meeting preparation, including sample availability, style rankings, presentation decks, and ad hoc requests. Research competitor assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies. Support seasonal assortment plans and ongoing updates, including Centric management, design and feasibility requests, vendor documents, roadmap updates, and assortment grids. Assist with SKU item costing, packout, article setup, and ongoing maintenance. Execute visual and floorset updates in partnership with Visual Merchandising, Space, and Allocation teams.
Who We're Looking For:
1-3 years of related experience in brand development, merchandise buying, retail management, or a related area. Internship experience may be considered. Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tactical work efficiently and accurately. Experience with SKU management. Experience with Centric is preferred, or the ability to quickly learn the system. Sample management experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to take direction while also independently managing daily responsibilities and owning assigned work. Comfortable asking questions, learning new processes, and adapting to changing priorities.
