Spirit Shop Associate - Part Time Walsh Jesuit High School - 3.5 Cuyahoga Falls, OH Job Details Part-time 12 hours ago Benefits 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Walsh Jesuit High School is seeking a part-time Spirit Shop Associate to drive sales and create a welcoming environment by assisting shoppers with product selection, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays. The hours of this position will average approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible retail schedule that may vary based on volume. This role requires occasional evenings and weekends, particularly during home football games and other special events. This is a 12-month position and works during the summer months. Customer Service Assist parents, faculty, students, and visitors with purchases Foster a welcoming and positive shopping experience Sales & Marketing Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately Work special events including home football games Inform customers of current promotions Inventory & Merchandising Receive and tag merchandise Assist with physical inventory Restock shelves, maintain attractive product displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized Faith Formation Embrace, display, and support Catholic/Christian values and spiritual formation. Regular participation in Ignatian formation activities including the school's formal formation program, school masses, retreats, and other activities/events as scheduled.
