As a Cleanroom/Stock Associate ' Float, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining cleanroom standards and managing inventory to ensure production stays on track. What You'll Do As a Cleanroom/Stock Associate ' Float, you will be responsible for: Performing washing, drying, folding, and bundling of garments in compliance with cleanroom protocols. Packaging, labeling, and organizing garments for timely delivery. Conducting quality inspections to identify defects or damage, and assisting with minor garment repairs when needed. Using internal systems to assign garments to clients accurately. Sorting soiled garments for processing, ensuring proper sanitation practices. Attaching tags and patches with heat press equipment to meet quality standards. Supporting sewing or minor garment alterations (sewing experience preferred). Assisting with general maintenance tasks such as pressure washing and cleaning work areas. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across all workspaces. Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and reporting opportunities for efficiency.
Important Cleanroom Guidelines:
Employees are required to wear full protective coveralls provided by the company. To preserve the clean environment, no piercings, fragrances, makeup, hair products, or self-tanner are permitted in the cleanroom setting. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Reliable attendance and punctuality. Flexibility to perform production, stockroom, and light maintenance tasks. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required). Basic sewing skills (preferred but not required). Ability to differentiate colors, match numbers, and recognize fabric types. Ability to stand for the entire shift with scheduled breaks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to quickly switch tasks and manage multiple priorities. A positive, team-oriented attitude that promotes safety and quality.
