This position starts at $17.50/hour - $20.00/hour depending on experience with growth opportunity up to $20.50/hour. Market of Choice is a growing, local company with excellent benefits and opportunity for growth. DUTIES Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Our Produce Department offers the highest quality conventional and organic produce. Produce staff must be self-motivated, able to embrace a team environment, and have effective communication skills. As a Produce Clerk, you will assist customers in selection and recommendations of our delicious products. You will also assist with day to day operations including, but not limited to: Providing excellent customer service Following safety procedures and maintaining sanitation standards Cleaning, trimming and packaging product Cleaning shelves, stocking and properly rotating product in coolers Maintaining accurate pricing and signage Training and development of personnel as needed
