Job Description

Job Summary Gourmet Cheese:
Provide prompt and courteous service to the customers Maintain knowledge of all products sold in the department Cut cheeses to customers preference Weigh, wrap, code and price products accurately Replenish shelves, check for out-of-code items and rotate product Prepare party trays and arrange foods according to established guidelines Maintain a regular cleaning and sanitation programGood mathematic skills to operate scales & computers and to coordinate dates for inventory rotation. Friendly personality and customer service mentality. Other duties as assignedMust be 18 years of age
Physical Demands:
Stand on feet, bend forward, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty Work in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of time Work safely around machines and knives. Lift, push, and/or pull items up to 50 pounds. Ability to wear company-provided uniform, and maintain a clean and groomed appearance.
