Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary We're hiring Shelf Stockers to keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. You'll be responsible for unloading deliveries, arranging items on shelves, and assisting customers with locating products. We are hiring for our Flagship Delco Farmers Market location at the Delcroft Shopping Center. We are hiring multiple positions and multiple roles. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery store, including aisles, shelves, and produce sections. Assist customers by providing product information and answering inquiries to enhance their shopping experience. Utilize a pallet jack to efficiently move stock and manage inventory levels. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely restocking of shelves and proper product placement. Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products and assisting with promotional displays. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive shopping environment. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with new inventory Rotate products to maintain freshness Maintain clean and organized aisles and backroom Help customers find items and answer basic questions Support inventory counts and merchandising efforts Requirements Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly grocery store layout. Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment is preferred. Previous experience in a grocery store or retail sales environment is advantageous. Proficiency in inventory management practices to ensure stock accuracy. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with shoppers. Effective communication skills for clear interaction with team members and customers alike. Familiarity with produce handling and care is beneficial for maintaining quality standards.
