Description
The Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while providing clear communication between English- and Spanish-speaking associates. This role works alongside the team, helps maintain productivity and quality standards, and supports a safe and positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Work alongside associates to complete daily warehouse tasks.
Provide instructions and translate work and safety information in English and Spanish.
Assign tasks and help organize daily workflow.
Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and safety expectations.
Train and support new associates.
Answer employee questions and communicate concerns to management.
Assist with resolving minor workplace or performance issues.
Ensure associates follow company policies and procedures.
Provide daily updates to supervisors and management.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Leadership, training, or team lead experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
Flexible availability, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
