RuffleButts has been a Summit Park holding since 2020. What We Are Looking For RuffleButts is looking for an entry-level Merchandising Assistant to join our growing Merchandising team! This role is a key individual contributor that works cross-functionally with Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Category leadership to support pricing, inventory management, purchase order execution, and merchandise reporting across all channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who enjoys turning data into insights and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will play a critical part in supporting product performance analysis and operational execution, including Omni-channel and Amazon inventory management. Key Responsibilities Support the Merchandising team with pricing, inventory management, and merchandise reporting Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on item and category performance, sharing insights and trends Maintain and update core weekly performance and inventory reports Manage purchase orders across all channels, including writing, amending, and maintaining accuracy Partner closely with the Ecommerce team on product enablement and disablement Support Merchandising with SKU setup and item data management Manage Omni-channel inventory allocation, including Amazon inventory management Assist the Category Director with marketing details, pricing preparation, and analysis

Requirements:
