Provides appropriate bulk levels of selected inventory supplies on a scheduled basis to Medical Center cost centers. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran Responsibilities- 1. Performs tasks related to the accurate and timely issuance of bulk inventory supplies in accordance with pre?determined delivery schedules in order to maintain adequate supply levels throughout the Medical Center.
- 1.1 Prepares and issues bulk supplies as selected, utilizing pre?printed bulk supply requisitions, documenting quantity issued, time order started and time order was completed as audited by supervisor.
- 2. Provides accurate and timely issuance of credit for materials returned to bulk inventory.
- 2.1 Audits and inspects material prior to forwarding credit requisition to data entry as observed by supervisor.
- 3. Performs various departmental related duties as assigned by Manager in order to contribute to the efficient operation of the department.
- 3.1 Verifies incoming materials, replenishes shelves in order to maintain accurate materials available for distribution, reports variances to Quality Assurance Clerk and Manager.
