Behind the scenes, there's a constant flow of orders being packed, inventory being organized, and product moving in and out daily. We're looking for part-time team members to help keep that engine running. This role is perfect for someone who likes staying busy, enjoys hands-on work, and wants a behind-the-scenes look at how a growing retail brand operates. What You'll Do Order Fulfillment Pull, pack, and ship online orders with accuracy and care Make sure every package reflects the Rebecca Illustrated brand experience Keep orders organized and moving out on time Inventory & Back Stock Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory Restock product and maintain clean, efficient storage areas Help track bestsellers and low-stock items Behind-the-Scenes Operations Prep products for the floor (tagging, organizing, sorting) Maintain packing stations and supplies Support overall daily flow, there's always something to do Growth & Opportunity Learn how a retail business runs behind the scenes Take on more responsibility over time as the company grows Be part of building systems and improving processes What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent, you show up and get things done Detail-oriented (especially with packing and inventory accuracy) Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized and aware of your workspace Able to move quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment No retail experience needed, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
