We're looking for friendly, hardworking teammates who enjoy serving customers, move with a sense of urgency, and pay attention to the details. OPIE sells high-quality groceries, coffee, drinks, and everyday essentials from our drive-thru grocery stations, allowing customers to spend less time shopping and more time enjoying life. At OPIE, everyone bags groceries and makes drinks. Clerks help wherever needed to take excellent care of our customers and each other. Complete it whenever convenient on your phone or computer at No Experience Is Necessary We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy serving customers. We'll teach you everything else you need to know. What You'll Do Provide customers fast, accurate, and friendly service while embracing the OPIE Swell Attitude Take care of customers at our drive-thru Pick and prepare grocery orders quickly and accurately Make coffee, dirty sodas, and other café drinks Unload, stock, and organize groceries and other products Help receive and put away inventory Check products for quality and freshness Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers Follow food safety, product handling, and store safety standards Help your teammates wherever needed Everyone Makes Drinks You do not need to be an experienced barista. Every OPIE Clerk learns to make coffee, dirty sodas, and other drinks. We use an Eversys automated coffee machine , which makes it easy to quickly learn how to prepare consistently delicious coffee and espresso drinks. We'll teach you our equipment, recipes, and standards. What matters most is that you're willing to learn, care about quality, and enjoy taking care of customers. Who Does Well at OPIE We're looking for teammates who: Are friendly and enjoy helping people Are dependable and show up when they say they will Work hard and move with a sense of urgency Pay attention to details Are willing to learn Keep things clean and organized Work well with others Can take feedback and improve Help wherever the team needs them Previous hospitality, grocery, retail, restaurant, coffee, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required . Physical Requirements This is an active job. Clerks must be willing and able to: Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry Stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelving Place products weighing up to 50 pounds on shelving at various heights Safely operate store equipment after training, including electric/manual hand jacks, stackers, and cardboard balers Work throughout the store and help wherever needed OPIE believes that one of America's most beautiful promises is equal opportunity for all.
