Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Full-Time Stock Lead - Join Our Shoe Store Team! Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail operations? We're looking for a Full-Time Stock Lead to join our dynamic team at our locally owned shoe store!
Location:
Randy's Shoes, 2479 I-40 West, Amarillo, TX 79109
Schedule:
32 hours per week
Position:
Stock Lead Experience:
Prior stockroom or retail leadership preferred.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular audits. Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and merchandise is floor-ready. Lead and train stock team members, ensuring safety and productivity standards. Partner with sales team to support product availability and customer satisfaction. Uphold cleanliness and organization in all back-of-house areas.
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail a must. Strong computer and typing skills required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
