Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our vibrant retail team! Duties Efficiently load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of heavy items. Manage inventory by accurately stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining proper stock levels through inventory management systems. Use RF scanners to track product movement, update inventory records, and ensure precise stock counts. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves and displays to maximize sales potential. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and store areas, including routine cleaning and equipment maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations, answering questions, and supporting retail sales efforts. Collaborate with team members in bilingual or multilingual capacities to ensure clear communication across diverse customer bases. Perform heavy lifting regularly while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries. Support grocery store operations by stocking produce, packaging items, and managing retail math calculations for inventory accuracy. Skills Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock management. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred) for effective team collaboration and customer interaction. Experience in warehouse operations or retail environments is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety standards. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, merchandising techniques, and retail math principles. Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills to assist shoppers effectively. Organizational skills to manage stock levels efficiently and keep work areas tidy. Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
