Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Group Coordinator Lead- High Lift Equipment Operator DHL in Hutchins is looking to hire an Operations Lead to join their team. 2 nd shift hours are 3PM -; 11PM. Make up to $21.75 p/hour plus shift differential. Benefits after 30 days, and growth opportunities. This position will be working directly with shift Supervisor to help drive daily operations in the warehouse. Applicants should be driven, able to lead a team, have a strong work ethic, comfortable learning computer systems, adaptable, able to professionally communicate via email, and able to multitask. Must have high reach, electric pallet jack rider, sit down and stand-up forklift experience. Come join the Team today!
Role Purpose :
Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting. Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group. Trains new associates in identified work group.
Key Accountabilities :
Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment, narrow isle equipment, utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed. Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas. Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct. Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards. Report quality variances. Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation. Extend to higher levels than on normal forklift equipment.
Required Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or Equivalent 6 months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-DNI #LI-Onsite
