Qualifications Moving Full Job Description Overview:
We are currently seeking Production Workers for a Production Warehouse located in McAllen, Texas. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for various duties to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:
1. Palletize finished product according to market requirements (Export vs. Domestic) with an average weight of 45lbs. 2. Stack boxed product onto pallets in preparation for shipment. 3. Dump pre-processed fruit from cartons to bins. 4. Change trays and heads on the pack machines as needed. 5. Ensure packers have the necessary packing materials for production. 6. Pack bagged product in the appropriate packaging. 7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.Skills and Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Meet production quotas and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
