POSITION SUMMARY
The Grocery Clerk will be friendly and a team player. The individual will have to ensure that the grocery area is well maintained and running efficiently. Additionally, the Grocery Clerk will be the first point of contact with customers by providing them with information on their groceries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Stock, rotate, and organize items on shelves; Provide exceptional service and ensure the freshest product is available to customers; Address inquiries and assist customers with location items throughout store; Receive product deliveries and ensure accuracy of items; Maintain clean shelves, racks, and aisles of store; Provide flexibility by helping in any area in order to support store needs.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent; Grocery/produce experience desirable; Customer Service experience desirable.
