President General Summary The Market Outfitters Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within the Wrangler Market. This position blends retail, food service, and customer engagement, supporting daily operations including merchandise sales, food service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Specific Position Duties Provide outstanding customer service to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for retail and food purchases. Stock and merchandise retail items, textbooks, and Wrangler Outfitters products. Assist with food service operations, including handling grab-and-go items and light food prep. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Market, including displays and food areas. Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support promotional events and campus initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service environments. Valid Food Handler Certification (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused. Basic computer/POS system knowledge.
Work Hours:
7am to 7pm Monday through Friday, 8am to 1pm on
