We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Live Auction Assistant to help support our Whatnot live auctions. This position works closely with the host and production team to make sure shows are fully prepared, organized, and run efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare inventory before each live auction. Pull, organize, and stage items for the host. Keep inventory flowing to the host throughout the show. Help maintain an organized and clean auction area. Assist with tagging, sorting, and organizing merchandise. Help prepare multiple shows throughout the week. Assist with packing and shipping orders from completed shows. Help restock and prepare inventory between shows. Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional items are needed. Assist the host during live shows as needed. Help keep the show running on schedule and minimize downtime. Follow company standards for product quality, organization, and presentation. Perform other warehouse and live-auction tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Organized and able to stay productive without constant supervision. Good communication skills. Comfortable working around live cameras and livestream production. Able to stand, walk, lift, and move clothing/inventory throughout the workday. Experience with Whatnot, live selling, retail, vintage clothing, or warehouse work is a plus but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who moves quickly, stays organized, pays attention to detail, and understands that keeping the host supplied with inventory is a major priority. You should be able to see what needs to be done and take care of it without always being asked. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our live auctions productive and on schedule.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
