Temporary work from:
8/15/26 - 5/15/27. Job duties include, but are not limited to, caring for livestock by checking physical characteristics, observing overall condition, and applying appropriate care; monitoring animals to detect illness, injury, or disease, evaluate weight gain, and determine offspring delivery timing; assisting with deliveries; administering medications, vaccines, and insecticides; mixing feed and additives and providing feed and water; placing mineral blocks; operating equipment to haul and distribute feed and water; herding and confining livestock; performing tasks such as docking, castrating, branding, clipping, tagging, and clamping; cleaning and disinfecting stalls, corrals, and sheds; maintaining animal records; and hoisting and stacking hay bales onto wagons or trucks. Additional duties include maintaining, driving, attaching, and operating farm implements, tractors, and equipment to haul and spread manure; making minor mechanical adjustments and repairs; painting, repairing, and maintaining farm and livestock structures; maintaining and repairing fencing; performing general cleanup of farm and livestock areas; driving, loading, and unloading farm trucks; operating vehicles, motorbikes, or all-terrain vehicles as needed; and, for workers with proper licensure, transporting other farm workers. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
