Receiving Team Lead Boxio Spanish Fork, UT Job Details Full-time $18 - $21 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Warehouse experience Full Job Description Receiving Team Lead We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Team Lead to oversee inbound inventory operations and support daily warehouse inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably with experience using ShipHero or similar warehouse management systems (WMS). This role is responsible for leading receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating replenishment, and ensuring inventory processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Lead and support daily receiving operations for inbound shipments Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and shipment documentation Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits Manage and execute replenishment activities to maintain picking efficiency Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Ensure accurate inventory movements within the warehouse management system Train and support warehouse team members on receiving and inventory procedures Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy Maintain organized receiving and inventory storage areas Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational standards Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, or receiving experience required Leadership or team lead experience preferred Experience with ShipHero or other warehouse management software strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and operational issues Comfortable using computers, scanners, and inventory systems Ability to lift and move inventory as needed Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience ShipHero WMS Inventory management and cycle counting 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment operations RF scanners and barcode systems Compensation Pay depends on experience and qualifications.
