A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Overview The role''s primary duty is advanced analytical and professional work requiring discretion and judgment. The Data Lead independently evaluates complex scenarios, leads resolution efforts, and serves as an escalation point for high impact data decisions. The role is not defined by routine or repetitive execution.
