Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Have constant awareness of product flow Make sure that all product being boxed is in conjunction with sales needs Responsible for knowing what team member is performing what task and make sure that all team members have the proper tools and supplies needed to accomplish each task Take a proactive role in assuring quality products are being produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns Other duties may be assigned by department supervisor

Qualifications and Demands:

The individual must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with employees both individually and within a group setting. Must possess strong leadership and problem solving skills. The individual must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, as well as perform all the physical tasks necessary to complete the job successfully. Education and/or

Experience:
