Position Overview:

Stock Replenishment:

Receive and unload incoming shipments, including dry goods, canned items, and household products. Safely transport merchandise to the sales floor using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Ensure products are properly stocked, faced, and displayed according to company standards.

Merchandising and Organization:

Maintain clean, orderly, and visually appealing shelves. Rotate products and monitor expiration dates to ensure freshness and quality. Consolidate, straighten, and organize merchandise to create an inviting shopping environment.

Inventory Control:

Track inventory levels within assigned departments and alert management to shortages or inconsistencies. Support inventory counts and audits to help maintain accurate stock records and reduce loss.

Customer Support:

Deliver friendly, attentive service by assisting customers with questions, product locations, pricing, and promotions. Help create a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for every guest.

Cleanliness and Safety:

Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean and organized. Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe, hazard-free environment for team members and customers.

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.
