Duties Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries or demos. Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are well-organized, properly priced, and replenished regularly to maintain an attractive store presentation. Assist with merchandising efforts by setting up displays, arranging products for maximum visibility, and following planograms. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information to customers over the phone. Support product demos when applicable to educate customers about features and benefits of new or popular items. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure store standards are met and operational goals are achieved. Use retail math skills for inventory management, sales tracking, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
