Requirements We are seeking associates to join our backroom team. This position involves helping to unload, sort, and process merchandise received on our trucks. Schedule will vary, however this is an early morning/mid afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will have availability between the hours of 6am-3pm. Hours will vary weekly and flexibility is preferred. Associates in this role are required to work hands on, with a great sense of urgency, as the team has a carton per hour goal and all members must strive to help us meet those goals.
