Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Employee to join our local Pack and Mail Store team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and assisting with store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a positive attitude to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers. This position offers flexible hours suitable for students or individuals seeking part-time work. Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales and handle cash transactions accurately Assist customers with packaging, mailing, and shipping needs Provide product demonstrations and upsell additional services or products to enhance customer experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services offered Support supervising staff in daily store operations when required Promote a positive shopping experience through friendly customer interactions and excellent phone etiquette Qualifications Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to learn leadership responsibilities is valued This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in retail sales, customer service, and store operations within a dynamic environment.
