Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Market Sales Associate to join our team. This position involves delivering an excellent experience and expertly crafted products for our community of customers. Key Responsibilities:

Market Sales Associate:

Prepare food and beverage products according to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations through clear and pleasant communication.

Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and gather order components for on-time pickup or delivery fulfillment, for both in-store and online orders. Monitor product inventory, restock items as needed, and keep the display organized and visually appealing.

Promote The Mills mission and values, engaging with the community and building positive relationships.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and meet operating policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverage products, cash handling and safety and security.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality and/or retail sales is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Work Hours:

This part-time position requires 20-30 hours weekly, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:
