Job Description

The Overnight Stocking Associate is responsible for efficiently stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and customer‑ready before store opening. This role is ideal for individuals who work well overnight, enjoy physical activity, and take pride in working as part of a team. This is a fast-paced position that requires a positive can-do attitude. Key Job Responsibilities Stock shelves, racks, and displays with incoming freight overnight Read and follow stocking plans, labels, and layout guides Unload pallets, break down freight, and move merchandise safely Ensure correct product placement and proper rotation of merchandise Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor Remove packaging and dispose of cardboard and plastic per company guidelines Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely (training provided) Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with inventory counts and freight processing as needed Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently or as part of a team Qualifications Ability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills Team‑oriented with a positive work ethic Retail or stocking experience preferred but not required Employee Benefits Competitive hourly pay with overnight shift differential Health insurance options (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off (PTO) and protected paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with company match Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement and career development Paid training and on‑the‑job coaching Stable scheduling with full‑time and part‑time options available Work Schedule Overnight shift (Sunday-Thursday 10p-7a) Full‑time
