Job Description

Position Overview:
Our Christian nonprofit thrift store is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Donation Attendant to join our team. This role is vital to supporting our mission by receiving and processing donated items that help fund our ministry and serve our community. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, integrity, and respectful service to others.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet donors warmly and represent our Christian mission with kindness and professionalism Receive, unload, and sort donated items Lift, carry, and move donations safely (50+ lbs required) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation area Assist with transporting items to storage or sales floor Follow safety guidelines and store procedures
Schedule Requirements:
Up to 30 hours per week Must work every other Saturday Must be available to work until 5:30 PM on scheduled days
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors when needed Strong work ethic and reliability Friendly, service-oriented attitude Alignment with and respect for our Christian mission and values
Preferred:
