Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assist engineers and senior technicians in performing fieldwork, testing, and data collection for engineering projects. Operate basic technical equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Support the development of technical reports, drawings, and documentation in collaboration with engineering teams. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines when performing field tasks or working in the lab. Participate in troubleshooting activities and assist in resolving basic technical issues under the guidance of more experienced staff. Maintain accurate records of fieldwork and testing results for project documentation. Flexibility required. Within reason, changes to directives, assigned responsibilities, or work-related activities may be necessary at any time to respond to shifts in working conditions, opportunities, or company objectives. Education, Experience and Requirements Associate degree in Engineering Technology or relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role or as an engineering technician (preferred). Relevant technical certifications (preferred). Basic proficiency in using engineering tools and equipment; familiarity with engineering software and design tools is beneficial (preferred). Employment is contingent upon an employee's ability to pass a background check and comply with CTI's drug and alcohol testing policy, including pre-employment and, where applicable, random or other testing during employment. Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Must be able to travel on a full-time basis. Must be able to meet the physical requirements.
