In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with business clients, promoting our cutting-edge printing solutions, and expanding our market presence. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will enable you to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close impactful sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology sales, business development, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in equipment sales. This position also pays manufacturer bonuses on select equipment and company-paid commissions of 5-10%. VPS also provides a company cell phone, laptop, and mileage reimbursement and/ or sales vehicle. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and strategic outreach to generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through effective account management and follow-up. Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend the most suitable printing solutions that align with client requirements. Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote product features and benefits to potential customers. Utilize CRM tools such as Hubspot to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and technological advancements to position our offerings as innovative solutions. Skills Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively. Expertise in business development and B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies. Knowledge of marketing principles and how they apply to technology sales environments. Familiarity with printing technology products and solutions; technical sales experience is highly valued. Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. An analytical mindset capable of assessing market data, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Experience in warm calling techniques to establish rapport quickly with prospects. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
