Type:

full-time We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate SEEG Medical Device Specialist to join our sales team. Under the direction and guidance of the Regional SEEG Medical Device Specialist, you will be promoting and selling DIXI medical's Stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) medical devices to hospitals, and physicians, and other healthcare providers. In addition to building strong relationships with key decision-makers, provide product demonstrations and training, you will provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support for new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and the regulatory environment. A proven track record in sales and a passion for improving patient outcomes are essential for success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Ability to identify, develop, and secure new customers within an assigned territory while achieving individual and company sales objectives.

Technical Product Support:

Demonstrated ability to provide and ensure the execution of established technical support procedures for DIXI Medical products.

Clinical Training & Education:

Ability to deliver product training, in-service education, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and train new DIXI Medical staff.

Operating Room & Clinical Case Support:

Experience providing technical support during patient procedures in the OR, EEG, and EMU environments.

Customer Relationship & Account Management:

Ability to educate, follow up with, and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quotation & Complaint Management:

Skilled in preparing customer quotations, managing sales opportunities, and documenting and resolving product complaints.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally, tactfully, and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Self-Management & Decision-Making:

Self-motivated with strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, and independent decision-making abilities while keeping stakeholders informed.

Trade Show, Exhibition & Market Awareness:

Ability to organize and participate in exhibitions, conferences, product demonstrations, and monitor competitor activities within the market.

Professionalism, Compliance & Flexibility:

Commitment to confidentiality, regulatory compliance, hospital vendor credentialing requirements, extensive travel, and supporting broader business needs as required. Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Neurosurgical/Neurology sales and/or support experience in the Medical Device/Equipment/Hospital environment desired. Comfortable observing medical procedures in the operating room. Strong organizational and communication skills; emphasizing interactions with the medical community. Ability to present and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees within DIXI medical. Capability to develop expertise in product application and practice management implications. Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Safely operate a motor vehicle. Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage. Ability to respond to common inquiries and resolve any customer conflicts. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required. Clinical training desirable, but not required.

Physical Demands/Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and hear and maybe required to work long irregular hours. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with his hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to work with a laptop and travel by air and or car. While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works in a hospital or surgical setting.
