Carlsbad, California job type: Temporary salary: $21 - 27 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Execute hands-on lyophilization processing, formulation, and cleanroom manufacturing activities following cGMP and GDP guidelines. Confirm receipt and preparation of raw materials to ensure production builds stay strictly on schedule. Maintain, stock, and sanitize designated cleanroom environments to support uninterrupted daily operations. Troubleshoot standard operational procedures, initiate minor document revisions, and escalate technical issues effectively. Coordinate smooth shift handoffs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site production goals.

qualifications:

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent Hands-on understanding of lyophilization technology and formulation procedures

Preferred:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field 2+ years of biomanufacturing experience in a cGMP cleanroom environment Proficiency with scientific units of measure and basic computer systems Ability to pass a standard visual acuity examination per SOP guidelines Strong communication skills and willingness to work flexible 1st/2nd shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed skills: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP),
