It has grown almost entirely through referrals. The firm represents contractors, manufacturers, design professionals, insurers and businesses throughout Southern California, from complex construction defect cases to business contract disputes. The opportunity The firm is adding a civil litigation associate with at least one year of experience. Defense experience is preferred, but plaintiff-side candidates will be considered. You'll have hands-on mentorship from the founding partner, who is regarded as one of the top trial lawyers in California, and from the firm's team of partners. It's an ideal spot for someone who wants to become a true trial lawyer. Practice areas Construction law and construction defect litigation Business, commercial and employment litigation Insurance defense Professional liability Personal injury and wrongful death What we're looking for 1+ years of civil litigation experience (defense preferred, plaintiff considered) Active California Bar membership A team player who wants to grow as a trial attorney Culture The firm is a small, close team of attorneys and support staff where everyone helps each other.
