Job Responsibilities:

Supports sales and business development from a technical standpoint to achieve order intake and revenue objectives. Provides technical support on ongoing projects execution to ensure customers satisfaction and recurring orders Provides after sales support and services to customers to ensure long-term business relationship. Provides product and application education to internal sales team and external customers. Travel with Sales to meet customers and provide product trainings or technical expertise. Coordinate all above technical responsibilities in close collaboration and support with the sales and business development team.

Job Requirements:

BS, MS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience of troubleshooting in an engineering role Electronic experience with power electronics, inverters or battery chargers. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid and high growth environment. Demonstrated focus on quality and customer service. Demonstrated strong ability with hands-on assembly and instrument testing. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Core computer skills including Microsoft Office tools required. Multilingual is a plus (English, Mandarin)
