The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, account management, and territory sales, focusing on both B2B and direct sales strategies. The Sales Representative will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and territory management. Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a high level of customer service. Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business development plans. Experience in technology sales or retail sales is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the capability of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management strategies.
