Hybrid SUMMARY:
Group serves technology and life sciences companies from early startups to mature public corporations.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years in a sophisticated corporate practice focused on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation; Technology/life sciences affinity required; M&A and/or capital markets a plus; in-house candidates welcome if they have prior law firm experience; barred in the applying jurisdiction.
