This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in sales, business development, and leadership. Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Associate Connect with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce AT&T Business Wireless products and services. Learn and maintain knowledge of AT&T wireless plans, devices, and business solutions. Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each customer's communication and mobility requirements. Recommend customized wireless solutions that align with business goals and operational needs. Assist customers through the enrollment and activation process, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up opportunities. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with current and prospective clients. Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals while contributing to team success. Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Comfortable engaging with business owners and presenting solutions professionally.
