Full Job Description Repair Service Associate Location:
Ontario, CA Pay:
$24-26/hour Language requirement: Candidate must be able to speak in both Mandarin and English as this role will communicate often with Mandarin and English speaking stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:
Conduct water and power tests on returned items; if any anomalies are detected, disassemble the units to analyze the root cause. Log tested products in the designated records daily and report any issues to the relevant colleagues. Process the tested returns according to requirements and update the data in the returns management system. Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with the HQ department on equipment issues.Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in return analysis. Background in Science or Engineering; strong learning ability and hands-on skills. #DIRH Pay:
