Duties Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans Demonstrate device features through engaging product demos to showcase benefits and functionalities Upsell additional accessories, service plans, and related products to enhance customer experience and sales volume Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on device features and new technologies Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette and addressing inquiries promptly Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently Previous retail sales experience, especially in electronics or mobile devices, is preferred Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions Excellent phone etiquette skills for engaging with customers over the phone or online inquiries Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting key features and benefits Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that fosters positive relationships in a grocery store or retail setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your sales talent meets cutting-edge technology!
