Programming Technician Position Summary:

The Lock Office Programming Technician is responsible for programming, configuring, and supporting lock systems for both production and service orders. This role ensures accuracy, functionality, and timely completion while supporting internal teams with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and configure lock systems (LaGard, Dormakaba, etc.)
• Process both assembly and service orders related to lock programming
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and connectivity issues
• Ensure all programmed units meet operational and quality standards
• Support Technical Support and Production teams with programming-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation of programmed systems and updates in the system
• Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with lock systems or electronic programming preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and system-related issues
• Comfortable working with software and hardware configurations
• Ability to manage workload and meet productivity expectations
• Experience with Dormakaba, LaGard, or similar systems is a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
