Job Description

BPG Management, a sales and business consulting firm seeks an AT&T Associate to master customer strategy through face to face sales & customer support for AT&T Fiber. Our AT&T Associate will work closely with AT&T's new customers to help with the enrollment process as well as provide some upsell opportunities. As an AT&T Associate, you are the vital link between our service and the LA community. The AT&T Associate's friendly guidance helps families fully utilize their AT&T connection for streaming, gaming, and more. This frontline expertise is what prepares the AT&T Associate to manage and grow sales territories tomorrow. Core Functions of the AT&T Associate Meet with residents to evaluate household connectivity needs and recommend AT&T Fiber sales solutions. Guide families through onboarding, ensuring installation appointments are accurate and customers feel confident with their new Fiber hardware. Address customer concerns on billing, service tiers, and device compatibility. Track customer accounts in sales systems, leveraging accurate data to refine residential sales outreach and improve conversion rates. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Associate High school diploma or GED required or equivalent; no degree is required No experience is needed as we provide full training Results‑oriented mindset with the discipline to manage residential territories and maintain accountability. Capable of using tablets and sales platforms to document customer preferences and streamline Fiber sales processes. Preferred Skills for the AT&T Associate Uses active listening to identify additional services that drive incremental sales. Balances technical problem-solving with sales-minded relationship building. Handles escalations with professionalism while preserving sales momentum. Treats every customer interaction as a chance to secure or expand sales.
