Role driven by high client demand and continued growth. Responsibilities Lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors (company-side and investor-side) Work on high-growth businesses at all stages — pre-seed to pre-IPO — focusing on SAFEs, preferred stock financings, and corporate governance Counsel management on matters ranging from formation through exits Advise venture capital firms and institutional investors on emerging growth companies Foster relationships within the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem Work across diverse industries: AI, digital health, defense tech, life sciences, electronic gaming, and fintech
