August 14, 2026- All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment.
Position Summary:
Our Franklin Templeton Technology (FTT)- Order Management Execution & Compliance team supports several mission-critical portfolio management systems with a primary focus on our ETF (exchange traded fund) business.

An intern in this department can expect to learn:- Practical skills in building secure, high-performance applications for order management and financial data processing
- Deeper understanding of the ETF systems, workflows, and processes
- How to effectively collaborate in a global team
Key Responsibilities Can Include:
- Develop proofs of concept for next major initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers on existing projects
- Work closely with testers, support, and users to improve experiences and outcomes
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages
- Experience with C#, latest versions of .NET, SQL, and Azure services
- Familiarity with financial concepts and data analysis
- Good analytical skills
- Keen willingness to learn and explore new business and technical concepts Ready to make moves?
- $30 (dependent on location and function) USD per hour.
