Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects. Manage existing accounts with dedicated attention, ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and tailored solutions. Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet company objectives while delivering value. Maintain comprehensive territory management by planning visits, prioritizing prospects, and optimizing time for maximum impact. Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and promotional strategies to boost sales efforts. Perform inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and customer service inquiries to nurture leads into loyal clients. Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue streams. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support sales growth initiatives. Analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs. Experience in retail sales or inside sales environments is a plus but not required.
