Job Description
Aseva is hiring a relationship-driven sales representative to create qualified opportunities with companies of 100+ employees. This is an outbound role focused on converting an existing network into high-quality meetings and building a consistent pipeline through targeted prospecting. You must have a track record selling mission-critical business services or products. Experience selling technology services is a plus, but not required.
What youll doLeverage your existing relationships to book qualified meetings in your first 30 daysProspect into mid-market accounts using a focused outreach cadence (email, phone, LinkedIn)Run discovery to confirm fit, pain, stakeholders, and buying processAdvance opportunities through a structured sales process and maintain clean CRM hygieneCoordinate with Aseva technical and account teams to deliver the right solution and a smooth handoffBuild a forecastable pipeline and consistently drive new opportunities30/60/90 expectationsFirst 2 weeks: Learn Asevas offerings, positioning, and ideal customer profile. Build a target list.
First 30 days: Generate meetings from your network and outbound efforts; begin discovery.60 days: Maintain a consistent qualified pipeline; move active opportunities through discovery.90 days: Produce a forecastable pipeline and early closed wins.
