Candidates must have some experience or a demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions with a basic understanding of the diligence process, ancillary workstreams, and organizing a signing/closing process. Candidates must exercise good judgment, communicate proactively, and effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
